Allocations chômage des agents contractuels relevant de l’art. 3ter du RAA Les services de la Commission demandent aux agents contractuels 3ter qui ne sont pas intéressés par un nouveau contrat, de signer une déclaration attestant de leur renoncement à leur droit d’allocation chômage. Cette pratique est contraire aux textes. L'administration ne doit en aucun cas faire pression sur les personnes pour rogner leurs droits. Droit de grève : La Cour de justice rappelle à l’ordre le parlement européen Devant l'arbitraire des décisions de l'administration du Parlement, les interprètes s'étaient mis en grève. L'administration, par des réquisitions abusives avait voulu casser cette grève. Le Tribunal lui rappelle que la grève est un droit et constate l'illégalité des réquisitions. Un comble que le Tribunal doive rappeler au Parlement et au Conseil les règles de base de la démocratie. Right to strike: Court of Justice calls the European Parliament to order Facing the arbitrariness of the decisions of the administration of Parliament, the interpreters went on strike. The administration, through abusive requisitions, wanted to break this strike. The Tribunal reminds it that strikes are a right and notes that these requisitions were illegal. A shame that the Tribunal must remind Parliament and the Council of the basic rules of democracy. |
